It can become a vicious cycle. Self care is not a luxury; it is a necessity.

Spiritual Direction For Spiritual Leaders
- Individual Spiritual Direction sessions are usually scheduled once a month and they are customarily 60 minutes in length. The fee is $70.00 per session. A sliding fee scale is available upon request.
- Group Spiritual Direction sessions are available for spiritual leaders and clergy after they have participated in individual spiritual direction for minimum of 3 months. The groups meet monthly. Sessions are 1 ½ hours in length; the fee is $30.00 per session.
